“Unraveling Intersectionality : A Path to Inclusive Practices”

This 3hr CEU in-person/virtual course explores Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives as an important part of a healthy work environment. DEI only scrapes the surface of this critical area particularly since many people belong to more than one marginalized social group, including race, gender, sexuality, age, ability, and socioeconomic status. Participants will be able to gain a deeper look into the unique experience of the people you work with. This is where intersectionality comes in.
